You are paid for the number of hours you are available and how well you achieve the set targets. Many people are now free lancing in their free time. This is also a part time job, where you are not under the boundation of attending everyday work, but just have to deliver on time.

It is not that you do not have to be dedicated and it is an easy task to do these part time jobs. Though you have to work only for a few hours, you have to show the same sincerity and dedication as you would if in a permanent job. Suppose if it is one of the part time times which are commission based, with your acumen and dedication you strike a good deal, you can even earn a lot more than your regular job. But you should be extremely careful as many of the advertisements of these part time jobs are highly misleading. They allure you by attractive offers initially, but later might not even pay you for your work. Especially when you are free lancing, ensure that you work for an accredited company rather than any company.
